I am a licensed psychotherapist in California and a mental health and empowerment coach worldwide. I have an MA in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Drama Therapy and an MA in Women’s Spirituality. I am passionate about helping women without children identify and process their losses, dismantle harmful societal messages, and find new meaning so they can embrace their unique journey with confidence, satisfaction, and a sense of peace and purpose in the world. I always thought she would be a mother, but life circumstances did not allow it to be. My nontraditional path has brought unexpected joys and benefits and I am committed to supporting other women in the process of discovering their own paths. I believe women are not defined by their relationship or parenthood status and that each of us deserves to be celebrated for our individual gifts and experiences.
